LSU Press wins 1st Place in BREADA 2011 Tailgating Throwdown

Herb Society Rosemary Pecan Cookies

LSU Press participated in the BREADA 2011 Tailgating Throwdown event on November 5th with three delicious dishes, made with recipes from Sook’s Cookbook and Herb Society of America’s Essential Guide to Growing and Cooking with Herbs.

While all three dishes were highly praised, the Rosemary Pecan Cookies were named the Winner of the 2011 BREADA Tailgating Challenge First Place Judges Award.
